Who is going with you?

It is a course in the middle of nature specially adapted to families with young children under 7 years old, to beginners wishing to navigate in complete safety and/or wanting to progress during a mini canoe descent.

What is the duration?

The hike is offered in the morning or in the afternoon on a half-day.

What is the highlight of this descent?

Canoeing with the family supervised by a canoe-kayak instructor, paddling in this natural setting, navigating safely in the Charlemagne rapids, a sentinel rock that watches over you at the top of the cliff, admiring the majestic arch of the Pont d'arc, a break beach to enjoy a refreshing swim in the Ardèche.

Where and when is when is the meeting?

By reservation at the CAP 07 base at 1 chemin de la digue in Sampzon (2 free car parks are available) at 8:30 a.m. or 1:30 p.m.

How do I come back?

With our free charter CAP 07 shuttle.

What should I bring?

Shorts, bathing suit, UV t-shirt, hat, bath towel, drinks, snack, water shoes. Remember to attach your glasses. We do not recommend the use of sunscreen under the vest.

Remember to have a sun t-shirt, it's cheaper than a tube of sunscreen and it makes the fish happy.
